French quality policy for promotional information
As part of a continuous improvement approach, Lucane Pharma has set up a quality policy for promotional information that aims to guarantee ethical practices for all its employees, and therefore for Drug Promotion Attachés interacting with healthcare professionals.
On October 15, 2014, CEPS and LEEM signed a new charter for information by canvassing or prospecting aimed at promoting medicines. This text aims to reinforce the quality of promotional information delivered to healthcare professionals and the proper use of medicines.
In March 2017, the HAS published a new certification reference framework, which translates the charter into measurable criteria and requirements. Compliance with this charter is assessed through an annual audit by accredited bodies.
This certification is compulsory for all companies that have signed an agreement with the CEPS and are involved in promotional information for medicines aimed at healthcare professionals.
Lucane Pharma is committed to pursuing this quality approach and applying the new standards.
